My party is tomorrow, can I pick the lights up?

No, we don't currently offer any customer pick-up locations. All rental orders get shipped out by UPS Ground. At least 9 days advance notice is required for all rentals.


Do you ship to [city], [state]?

Yes, we ship anywhere within the USA. Except Alaska and Hawaii. Sorry Alaska and Hawaii, we love you but it just takes too long, costs too much, and complicates our inventory and availability systems.

Sorry, we don't currently schedule any phone operators. 95% of our inquires come by email so we found paying people to sit by a quiet phone was kind of silly.
