  2. We ship to you for free. Your lights arrive at least 2 days before your event, anywhere in California. Setup is simple with included instructions.
  3. Use them at your event. All our lights are plug-and-play with digital displays for easy color selection. Wireless models run on rechargeable batteries.
  4. Ship them back for free. After your event, pack everything into the original boxes and use the included pre-paid UPS label. Drop off at any UPS location.

We ship all lighting equipment via UPS with free shipping both ways. Your lights will arrive at least 2 business days before your event date. A pre-paid UPS return label is included in every box, so returning is as easy as dropping it off at any UPS location.

No experience is needed. All of our lights are plug-and-play with digital displays for selecting colors and effects. Each rental comes with setup instructions, and most people have their lights ready in 5 to 10 minutes.

For uplighting, plan on about 1 light for every 6 to 12 feet of wall space you want to illuminate. A typical wedding reception uses 10 to 20 uplights. For black lights, 1 light covers about 4 to 8 feet. If you're not sure, contact us and we can help you figure out the right quantity.

We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially during peak wedding season (April through October). Our inventory is limited and popular dates book up fast. You can place a reservation up to a year in advance with just a deposit.

While our equipment is professionally maintained and tested before every rental, if any light has an issue, we will refund you for that unit. We recommend ordering 1 or 2 extra lights as backup for important events.

Yes. You can combine uplights, black lights, marquee letters, confetti launchers, and gobo projectors all in a single reservation. Everything ships together and returns with the same pre-paid label.
