Pin Spot Lighting Rental
Pin spots are small, focused lights that create a narrow beam to draw attention to specific objects at your event. Use them to highlight centerpieces, wedding cakes, floral arrangements, or anything else you want your guests to notice. They are battery powered, compact, and require no wiring.

What Are Pin Spots?
A pin spot produces a tight, concentrated beam of warm white light. Unlike uplighting, which washes a wall with color, pin spots are designed to illuminate a single object from above or at an angle. The focused beam creates a dramatic spotlight effect that makes centerpieces, cakes, and display items stand out.
Our wireless pin spots run on rechargeable batteries, so you can place them anywhere without running cables. Each light has a magnetic base that attaches to metal surfaces, a flat base for tabletop placement, and hooks for hanging from drop ceilings.
Popular Uses for Pin Spots
-
Wedding centerpieces.
Place a pin spot above each table to make floral arrangements sparkle. The warm beam brings out colors in flowers and glassware.
-
Cake tables.
A single pin spot on the wedding cake creates a beautiful focal point for photos and the cake cutting ceremony.
-
Buffet and dessert tables.
Highlight food stations so guests can see the spread clearly, even in a dimly lit room.
-
Auction and display items.
Draw attention to silent auction pieces, place cards, or guest book tables.
-
Head table or sweetheart table.
Add a subtle glow to the couple's table without washing the entire area in bright light.

How to Set Up Pin Spots
-
Charge the batteries.
Plug all pin spots into the included charging bank. Red indicators flash during charging and turn green when fully charged. Allow up to 4 hours for a full charge.
-
Position each light.
Place pin spots on a shelf, ledge, or elevated surface above the object you want to highlight. You can also use the magnetic base on metal fixtures or hang them from drop ceiling grids.
-
Aim the beam.
Adjust the angle so the beam lands directly on your centerpiece or display item. The tighter the angle, the more dramatic the spotlight.
-
Turn on and enjoy.
Each light has a simple one button operation. Once turned on, they stay lit all night on a single charge.
Pair Pin Spots with Other Lighting
Pin spots work best as an accent alongside broader room lighting. Combine them with
uplighting,
which washes your walls in color, and a
custom gobo monogram
to project your names or logo. For dance floors, add
DJ party lights
or
black lights.
All of these can be combined in a single reservation.
